Using OONITE
OONITE provides a guide to city experiences and nightlife, plus member profiles, posts and optional social features. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use an account you control, protect your sign-in details and do not impersonate someone else.
Venue information
Hours, prices, events, transport and venue conditions can change. Information marked unverified remains unverified. Confirm important details with the venue before travelling or spending money. Editorial recommendations, official venue facts and community reports have different sources.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give OONITE permission to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the features you choose. Publish only content you have the right to share. Respect other people's privacy and do not reveal their identity or location without permission.
Your private check-ins and public Night Cards are different. Publishing a Night Card or Moment is your choice. Public content can be seen by other users and visitors and may be copied by them. Removing content from OONITE cannot remove copies independently kept by other people.
Community and contact
Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam, impersonate or misuse another person's information. OONITE may review reports, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts to protect users. You can block another member. While either account is signed in, blocking stops contact and normally hides each member's profile and public community content from the other; public content may still be visible after signing out.
Account deletion
You can request deletion in Settings. There is a 7-day recovery period, and signing in during that period cancels deletion. After the deadline, permanent deletion begins and the account cannot be restored. See the Privacy Policy for covered data and limited retention exceptions.
Safety and availability
OONITE does not verify every member or guarantee another person's behaviour. Use the Safety guide when contacting or meeting someone. OONITE is not an emergency service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network failures or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these terms and communicate material changes where required.
